Day 01: Arrive Bangalore - Airport Pickup (By Car)

Pick up from the Airport/Railway Station. Check in to Hotel. Bangalore is the capital of Karnataka, also known as “City of Gardens”. It has beautiful parks, avenues, multiplexes, historical monuments and salubrious climate. Sight-seeing of Bangalore includes Tippu’s palace, Bull Temple, Lal Bagh- 240 acres of beautifully sculpted gardens, flowers abound, rare collection of tropical and sub-tropical plants, Ulsoor Lake, Cubbon Park, Vidhana Soudha - built in 1954 in granite, this massive building houses the state Legislature and the Secretariat, Venkatappa Art Gallery, Mahatma Gandhi Road, Vishweshwaraiah Museum, Utility Building etc. In the evening go for shopping and other activities like dancing, carting etc. Over night stay at Bangalore.

 

Day 02: Bangalore- Mysore (140 km) (By Car)

Morning drive to Mysoor, also known as the City of Palaces. Its grand and imposing palaces, majestic temples, gardens, broad shady avenues, fine buildings and a salubrious climate leave an ever-lasting impression on the visitor. Check in to the hotel. In the afternoon visit the temple & the huge Nandi Bull on Chamaundi Hill & then allow sometime for shopping; Mysore is famous for its sandalwood & silk. In the evening visit Brindavan garden lighting show and Krishnarajasagar Dam. Then back to hotel and over night stay at Mysore.

 

Day 03: Mysore Sightseen (By Car)

In the Morning proceed for full Day sightseeing of Mysoor. Visit Mysoor palace, Mysoor zoo, Srirangapatnam, Channapatna Toys Centre, Ranganathaswamy Temple, Fort, Tippu’s Summer Palace, St.Philomina’s church, Mysore Railway museum and Art Gallery. Over night stay at Mysore.

 

Day 04: Mysore - Ooty (170 kms 3 ½ hrs) (By Car)

Morning proceed to Ooty, a popular hill station known for its pleasant climate, tea plantations, fruit orchards, cascading waterfalls, sparkling brooks and scenic hills of the Nilgiris. Check in to the resort. Then visit Lake garden, Deer park and Ooty lake for boating. Overnight stay at resort.

 

Day 05: Ooty Sightseen (By Car)

In the morning proceed for full Day sightseeing of Ooty. Visit Botanical Gardens, home to rare trees, shrubs and a wide variety of beautiful flowers flanked by a serene Lotus Pond, Doda Betta, Dolphin’s Nose, Lamb’s Rock, Kodanadu’s View Point, Art Gallery, Klahoti Waterfalls, Catherine Falls, Lalith kale academy and Government Museum. Overnight at Resort.

 

Day 06: Ooty - Cochin (By Car)

In the morning proceed to Cochin, the commercial hub of Kerala and also known as the ‘Queen of Arabian Sea’. You will explore the port town of Cochin visiting the Chinese fishing nets, the St. Francis Church, Mattencherry Palace, and stroll through the narrow cobbled streets, lined with antique and handicraft shops of Jew town and completes the tour at the Jewish Synagogue, the oldest living Synagogue in the world. Kochi city is known for its textiles, readymade garments, jewellery, handicrafts, antiques and spices. So you can go for shopping rest of the free time. In the Evening, boat cruise to see the seven islands of Cochin and beautiful sun set. Overnight will be at hotel.

 

Day 07: Cochin Sightseen (By Car)

Morning after breakfast visit Hill palace Museum, Kerala History Museum and Tamburan Museum. After lunch visit Bolgatty Palace situated amidst 15 acres of lush green lawns. In the evening you will be taken to the beautiful nearby Cherai Beach for relaxation. This lovely beach is ideal for swimming. Thick coconut groves and Chinese fishing nets on the waterfront are added attractions. Overnight stay at Cochin.

 

Day 08: Cochin -Thekkady (By Car)

After an early morning breakfast, check out from the hotel & embark on a fascinating journey to Thekkady enjoying the stunning panoramic view of the Cardamom hills & green carpets of tea plantation enroute. Check in to your Resort. Afternoon visit at Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary and go for boating in the Periyar lake to watch the wild animals and quite a lot of unique birds. Relax & enjoy your stay overnight.

 

Day 09: Thekkady – Kottayam (By Car)

After breakfast check out and drive to Vagamon on a scenic route dotted with plantations of rubber, cardamom, cocoa, green pepper and areca nut through Peermede and Kuttikkanam. Enjoy local hospitality and explore the spice, cocoa, rubber and eucalyptus plantation in Peermede hill station. The valleys and hills of Kuttikkanam are draped in mist all through the year.Sight Seeing Trips in Kuttikkanam includes Thrissanku Hills (a haunt of trekkers and picnickers), Eagle Rock or ‘Parunthupara’, Peeru Hills, Peer Mohammed Tomb, Summer Palace of Travancore Maharajas and many lofty peaks and streams etc. Then proceed to Vagamon and check in and overnight at resort.

 

Day 10: Vagamon-Kumarakom (By Car)

Vagamon hill station is acclaimed as the trekker's paradise graced with greenery in abundance- ravishing meadows, beautiful valleys, gushing streams and extensive acres of tea estates. It is idyllic for adventure sports like mountaineering, rock climbing, and paragliding. Sight seeing tour includes Monastery and famous dairy farm in Kurisumala, Murugan Hill and Thangal Hill .you must visit at the top of the hill, and the dairy farm in Kurisumala. Then drive to Kumarakom and check in to House boat in the afternoon.

 

Day 11: Kumarakom Sightseen (By Car)

Morning after breakfast check out the House boat and proceeds to Kumarakom near Kottayam. Kumarakom is a unique backwater destination situated on the banks of Vembanad lake. Check in to one of the backwater resorts by noon. In the afternoon visit Kumarakom Bird Sanctuary, a favorite haunt of migratory birds from across the world which makes it a renowned bird watching centre. Evening sunset cruise on back waters and go for an Ayurvedic Massage (optional). Over night stay at Resort.

 

Day 12: Kumarakom - Kovalam (By Car)

Morning drive to Kovalam, the internationally renowned beach with full of Coconut trees. Check in to beach resort by after noon. Evening spend your time at Kovalam Beach. A massive rocky promontory on the beach has created a beautiful Bay of calm waters ideal for sea bathing. The leisure options at this beach are plenty and diverse - sunbathing, swimming, herbal body toning massages, special cultural programs, Catamaran cruising etc. Overnight stay at Resort.

 

Day 13: Kovalam - Thiruvananthapuram (By Car)

Morning go for a whole day sightseeing tour of Thiruvananthapuram, the capital of Kerala covering Padmanabha Swamy Temple, Puthen Malika palace, Science and Technology museum, Napier Museum, Sree Chithra Art Gallery, Zoological Gardens, Reptile House, Observatory and Kanakakannu Palace, Veli Tourist village, Aakulam boat club and Shangmugham Beach to enjoy the unique experience of Sunset & Moon rise over the ocean simultaneously. Overnight at Resort.

 

Day 14: Thiruvananthapuram - Kanyakumari (75kms) (By Car)

Full day excursion to Kanyakumari, the southern tip of India where the three oceans meet. Enroute visit Padmanabhapuram Palace and Suchindram temple. Check in to your hotel, in the afternoon visit Vivekananda Rock, Kanyakumari temple, and Gandhi Memorial etc. Watch the sun set. Overnight stay at Kanyakumari.

 

Day 15: Kanyakumari - Madurai (By Car)

Morning we drive to Madurai, a 2600 years old famous temple town of south India. Arrive and check into the Hotel. In the afternoon visit the famous Meenakshi temple, the Mariamman Teppakulam (Great Tank), the 1000-pillared Hall, Gandhi Museum and the Palace of Tirumalai Nayak. In the evening visit the Alagar Hills and Thirupura Rock Temple. Over night stay at hotel.

 

Day 16: Madurai - Rameshwaram (172 km- 4hrs) (By Car)

After morning breakfast we leave for Rameshwaram, a sacred pilgrimage destination for Hindus known for its enchanting scenic beauty. Visit the famous Ramanathaswamy Temple, located close to sea on the eastern side of the island. Also visit Kothandaramaswamy Temple, Ramlinga Vilasam Palace and Gandamadana Parvatham, the stepped mandapam which gives an exceptional view of the countryside. Return to Madurai by evening. Overnight stay will be at Madurai.

 

Day 17: Rameshwaram - Trichy (By Car)

After morning breakfast leave for Trichy, also called Trichurapalli. The place is one of the most sacred towns of south India. Check in at hotel. City tour includes visiting Rock fort and its temple at a height of over 23mts and also visit Ranganath temple at Srirangam, Jambukeshwar Temple, St John’s Church, Vayalur, Thiru Erumbur and Thiruvellarai. Over night stay at hotel.

 

Day 18: Trichy - Pondicherry (196km- 4hrs) (By Car)

Morning after breakfast proceed to explore the Famous Indian - French land "Pondicherry". On arrival check in hotel and proceed for a Full day sight seeing of Pondicherry visiting Botanical garden, Eglise De Sacre Coeur De Jesus and Sri Aurobindo Ashram. Later visit township of Auroville or the city of Dawn, Matrimandir, Old French Colony, 16 centaury Greco-Roman architectural Aayi Mandapam, Dupleix statue, 19th centaury light house, Pondicherry museum and serenity beach. Overnight at hotel.

 

Day 19: Pondicherry - Chennai Depart (By Car)

Morning proceed to Chennai. On arrival transfer to the international airport/ Railway station
